  • Not at all! Classes are designed to be accessible for all levels. Options and modifications are always offered.

  • For online classes, please prepare: a yoga mat and anything that helps you feel comfortable (blanket, blocks, cushion)

    For in-person studio classes, the studios are stocked with all the necessities!

  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and breathe easily. There’s no “right” yoga outfit—come as you are!

  • Please let me know before class. Yoga can be adapted for many needs, and you’re always encouraged to rest or skip poses.

  • That’s completely okay! Listen to your body and do what feels supportive for you.

  • Yoga is a philosophy: it can be physical, mindful, meditative, or spiritual—how you experience it is entirely personal! No belief system is required.
